Information of shipment position

(1)茲通知合約12345項下貨物業(yè)已于2001年7月31日裝“YUN-NAN”輪，在Goteborg轉船，估計于9月初可抵達貴港。

We with to advise you that the goods under S/C No.12345 went forward per steamer "YUN-NAN" on July 31, 2001 to be transhipped in Goteborg and are expected to reach your port early September.

(2)鑒于廠方遇到意外困難，很抱歉，貨不能于信用證限期內(nèi)裝出，但工廠答應一個月內(nèi)將貨物備妥供裝運。

Owing to the unforeseen difficulties on the part of the mills, we regret being unable to ship the goods within the time limit of your credit. But the mills have promised that they will get the goods ready for shipment within one month’s time.

(3)高興地通知您，訂單1234項下之貨于2001年8月31日裝“天津”號直接船，有關船樣已于開船前航寄貴方。

We are pleased to inform you that the goods under your order No.1234 were shipped per direct steamer "TIANTSIN" on August 31, 2001, and the relative shipping samples had been dispatched to you by air before the steamer sailed.

    Sending shipping documents

(1)按照合同條款，我已于貨裝船后立即航寄貴方一套裝船單據(jù)副本。

In compliance with the terms of the contract, we forwarded you by air a full set of non-negotiable documents immediately after the goods were loaded.

(2)關于您訂單456和我合約25789項下裝出的200包坯布，現(xiàn)按貴方要求另郵寄發(fā)票1234二份，保單4567二份和提單789副本一份。

As requested, we are sending you, under separate cover two copies of our invoice No.1234, two copies of insurance policy No.4567 and a copy of nonnegotiable bill of lading No.789 covering the consignment of 200 bales of grey cloth for your order No.456 under our contract No.25789.

(3)我們高興地函附合約456項下貨號2003計十二萬碼的發(fā)票1234二份。

We have the pleasure in sending you herewith two copies of our Invoice No.1254 covering 120,000 yards of Art.No.2003 under S/C No. 456.

(4)隨函附去我合約21845發(fā)票1333項下的貨物于四月三日裝“大慶”輪的裝船單據(jù)如下：

Enclosed please find the following shipping documents for the goods under our S/C No.21845 shipped on 3rd April per S.S. "DAQING" against our invoice No.1333.
