To acquaint you with the Cotton Piece Goods we handle, we are sending you, under separate airmail, one commodity list and several sample books for your reference.

(2) 為使你對我公司出口的各類棉布有所了解，我們高興地航寄目錄一本及樣品數(shù)冊供您研究。

In order to give you some idea of various qualities of the Cotton Piece Goods we export, we have pleasure in forwarding you by air one catalogue and a few sample books for your perusal.

(3) 由于你未告訴我們具體要求，現(xiàn)另郵寄去樣本數(shù)冊，以使你們對我商品有個總的概念。

Since we are not informed of your specific requirements, we hereby send you, under separate cover, some sample books to give you a general idea of our commodities.

(4) 為使貴方了解我們的業(yè)務(wù)做法并避免在業(yè)務(wù)交往中產(chǎn)生誤解，隨函寄去空白售貨確認書一份。您可從它背面看到我們詳細的一般條款。

In order to let you know the mode of our doing business and avoid any discrepancy that may arise in the course of business deals between us, we are sending you herewith a copy of our sales confirmaton in blank, on the reverse of which you will seeour general terms and conditions in detail.

(5) 現(xiàn)寄你形式發(fā)票一式四份，供申請進口許可證之用。必須說明的是，我方一般不向客戶寄送空白形式發(fā)票，而僅發(fā)給列明買戶名稱、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、價格及金額的形式發(fā)票，以我們方最后確認為準。

We send you here with our Proforma Invoice in quadruplicate for the purpose of applying for import licence. It is necessary for us to make it clear that, usually, we do not send our customer blank Proforma Invoice but issue it with the name of customer, specifications, quantity, price and amount filled in, subject to our final confirmation.

(6) 所附形式發(fā)票一式三份并不意味我們接受貴方訂單，因為所列價格與數(shù)量是不受約束的。

The Proforma Invoice in triplicate enclosed does not imply acceptance of your order as both price and quantity stated therein are without engagement.
